GST / Tax Invoice
The registered name printed on GST invoices. Plain (non-GST) bills use the Shop Name from Shop Info. Leave blank to use the Shop Name on GST bills too.
Used when a customer requests a GST bill. Charged as CGST + SGST (split equally). Leave GSTIN blank to disable GST billing.
Tally Export
These names must match the ledgers in your Tally company so the XML imports cleanly.
Invoice Numbering
Separate series for GST tax invoices and plain bills. The number is assigned when an order is priced.
Only change "Next No." when starting a new series — setting it below an already-used number can create duplicates.
Terms & Conditions
Shown to customers on a read-only page in their portal. Plain text; blank lines start new paragraphs.
