How a new order gets its price.
Payment (UPI)
Every UPI QR the shop shows is built from this one field — Collect Payment, the counter bill, and the customer's wallet top-up.
Type it exactly as your bank shows it.
Check it afterwards: open Collect Payment on any order and scan the QR with your own phone — it should name your shop before you pay anything.
Print Categories
Which categories customers can order. Set the rates first (Rates page), then switch a category on — it appears on the portal immediately.
WhatsApp Ordering
Customers name their files like 13x19 card 30 copies.pdf. This reads that into a product, quantity and size so the operator does not retype it. Nothing is ever turned into a job automatically — an operator still confirms every order.
Customer Image Tools
Background removal and photo enhancement on the customer Tools page. Each use costs us money, so the allowances and the daily cap are the spending controls.

In Google Maps, right-click your shop → click the lat, lng at the top to copy them.

GST / Tax Invoice
The registered name printed on GST invoices. Plain (non-GST) bills use the Shop Name from Shop Info. Leave blank to use the Shop Name on GST bills too.
Used when a customer requests a GST bill. Charged as CGST + SGST (split equally). Leave GSTIN blank to disable GST billing.
Tally Export
These names must match the ledgers in your Tally company so the XML imports cleanly.
Invoice Numbering
Separate series for GST tax invoices and plain bills. The number is assigned when an order is priced.
Only change "Next No." when starting a new series — setting it below an already-used number can create duplicates.
Terms & Conditions
Shown to customers on a read-only page in their portal. Plain text; blank lines start new paragraphs.
Trusted devices
Staff can only sign in to the web panels from a browser approved here. The phone apps are not affected.
