Refund & Reprint Policy

If a job is wrong because of something we did, we reprint it or refund it. What we can't cover is an error that was already in the file you supplied, or normal colour variation that a test print would have settled.

What is covered

✓ Reprint or refund

Printing defect
Material or media defect
Wrong size, wrong quantity or wrong media supplied by us
Output that does not match a test print you approved
Drastic colour variation — clearly beyond the normal, light variation described in Clause 7

✗ Not covered

Errors present in your own file, or in a proof or test print you approved
Minor or light variation in colour, shade, finish or trimming
Colour-critical jobs where a test print was declined
Change of mind after production has commenced
Delay alone, unless caused solely by us and the job is then cancelled by agreement

Colour variation — what counts

Printed colour varies with the media used and with the colour profile of the file supplied. Slight variation in shade, tone and density between screen and print, between media, and between separate print runs is normal in printing and not treated as a defect.

A drastic variation — clearly beyond that — is covered. For colour-critical work, take a single test print and approve it first; the full run is then produced to match that approved sample.

How to raise a claim

Check the goods at the time of receipt.
Report the issue within 2 days of delivery, with photographs of the affected material.
Keep the affected material — we may need it returned for inspection.
We inspect and confirm the claim, then reprint or refund at our option.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or adjusted against your account, within 7 working days of the claim being confirmed.
Where you paid from your portal wallet, the amount returns to that wallet and is available immediately for the next order.
An order cancelled before production begins is refunded in full to your wallet. Once printing has commenced, or material has been cut or bought specifically for the job, it cannot be cancelled and the full amount remains payable.

Limit of liability

In all cases our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected job. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or claims made against you by your own customer.

Registration charge

Where a registration charge applies to your account (₹500), it is non-refundable — including where an ID is later suspended or terminated for breach of our terms. The charge is not levied on every account.

GST on refunds

Rates are exclusive of GST. Where a refund is approved, the GST charged on that invoice is refunded along with it.
